Q: Windows 11 Pro not activated?

A: It is not activated by default. Please let us know if you need a key

Q: Can I use the WiFi function?

A: USB WiFi card is recommended. N100/N305 6L need NVMe to WiFi signal adapter board to use WiFi (not included, please ask us if need pre-installed WiFi adapter board), WiFi function is only supported under Windows system, and requires additional AX210 module (not included)

Q: How to turn off the buzzer sound when booting?

A: Press the “Delete” key to enter BIOS and find Beep Support in Boot

Q: Device cannot boot?

A: It takes 3-5 minutes to recognize the new memory when first install. After successful recognition, device will start normally. Please be patient

Q: What memory configuration is recommended?

A: DDR5 SO-DIMM 4800/5200/5600MHz, Max 32GB

Q: I want to install the fan myself, how do I install it?

The package includes a 12V 4Pin fan cable and screws, supporting 12V 4Pin 8010 Fan
